Refund and Returns Policy

At W-Valley, we uphold a strict no-return, no-refund policy. By shopping with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of verified damage or defect.

This policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item or size ordered by the customer
  • Delivery delays due to courier/logistics issues
  • Accidental or duplicate orders
  • Purchases made during sales or using discount codes

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items Only

We will only consider a return or replacement if:

  • The item is received in a damaged or defective condition
  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • You provide clear photo and video proof of the issue
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item (if in stock)
  • A store credit (cash refunds are not provided)

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.


Return Process (For Approved Cases Only)

  1. Email us at official.w.valley@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo and/or video evidence
  3. Await written approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Unapproved returns will be rejected and returned to the sender.


Disclaimer

  • W-Valley is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels during return shipping.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone found misusing or frequently disputing this policy.
